Admins can set names for your company, phone number, address, and direct extension numbers.
Sign in to the RingCentral mobile app.
Tap
More
at the bottom menu, then select Admin.
Tap
Phone system > Company Numbers and Info
.
Fill in the required fields as desired. You can search for another company phone number using the search bar if you want to edit it.
Scroll down to modify the following:
Add Company Fax Number
Add Number
Use My Existing Number
Note
: Once you’ve added a phone number, it will automatically be displayed in your
meeting invites and dial-in options
