2. Tap Add user. Added users will receive an activation email.
Note: Tap Get Help if you wish to speak with an implementation advisor or visit the support site at the start of the onboarding process.
3. Fill in the required information and tap Save.
Setting up your company call flow and business hours
1. Tap Edit under Review company call flow.
2. Specify business hours:
a. 24 hours,
b. 7 days a week (default), or
c. I have a specific schedule (custom).
Note: You need to specify your business hours if you have a specific schedule.
3. Choose your time zone.
Configuring call routing
Tap Call routing to set what happens to your calls during business hours.
Choose where to send incoming calls:
To company greeting: Callers will get routed to your custom or default company greeting.
To specific team member/ extension: If selected, choose which team member should get the call, and tap Configure to manage the routing method.
To multiple team members/ extension: If selected, choose which team members should get the call and tap Configure to manage the routing method.
Routing method options:
Longest idle: Available team member extensions will ring one at a time based on who has been idle the longest. The first one to answer gets the call.
Simultaneous: Team member extensions will ring at the same time. The first one to answer gets the call.
Fixed order: The selected team members/extensions will receive the call in the following order. Unanswered calls will be routed to the next team member/extension.
Setting up company call greeting
This setting menu will only appear when a user selects Send call to company greeting. To set up a company call greeting, select between:
Default: Callers will hear the default automated company greeting.
Custom: Tap Record, and enter your number where RingCentral can call you to record your custom greeting over the phone. You can tap Microphone, then Record to modify your call greeting or Save to upload.
