Intro to the RingCentral App Gallery
====================================

You can integrate best in class, third-party applications with your RingCentral service. These apps, add-ins, and integrations extend the capabilities of RingCentral products, and can enable you to:

* Receive notifications for subscribed updates from third-party services.
* Embed communication capabilities directly into your CRM.
* Automatically archive critical business data.
* Enhance the delivery of customer support with services such as ServiceNow and Zendesk.
* Integrate directly with key development tools such as Jira, Travis CI, and Github.
* Automate your marketing with tools like Marketo.
* Automate key business workflows with services like Zapier, Pipedream, and Workato.
* Interface with third-party services directly in Messaging, without having to leave the RingCentral app.

You can access the App Gallery by clicking the puzzle piece **Apps** icon in the left navigation bar.

The left panel displays the main categories, which may change over time as we introduce new apps. You can click the headers to filter the view of your apps.

* **Installed apps**: Display all apps integrated in your RingCentral app.
* **Discover apps** : Discover different types of apps you can integrate with RingCentral. Here are some topics you may find:
  * **Home**: Shows all available apps.
  * **New \& Noteworthy**: Shows apps recently added to the gallery.
  * **Essentials**: Shows the most popular apps.
  * **Add-ins**: Shows add-ins which integrate functionality directly into your RingCentral app.
  * **Works with Google**: Shows Google apps that integrate with RingCentral.
  * **Microsoft Apps**: Shows Microsoft apps that integrate with RingCentral.

* **Products**: View apps and add-ins that integrate with Message, Video, or Phone.
