Filtering your messages in the RingCentral mobile app

There are two filter options available in the Message interface. The first filter option filters all your conversations to show @mentions, messages you’ve bookmarked, and your ‘Me’ conversation.
The second filter option allows you to filter your direct conversations, team conversations, and favorites.
You can access the first filter option by tapping the three-dot icon in the top right-hand corner of the app. Here, you have the option to filter all your messages to show the following:
- @mentions: Tap this option to view a list of messages that have included you in an @mention. This page can help you sort through messages that need your immediate attention
- Bookmarks: Tap this option to view a list of all messages that you have bookmarked to refer back to later
- Me conversation: Tap this option to view the messages, tasks, events, notes, and files that you have sent to yourself
To filter messages in your direct, team, or favorite conversations, you can select the message tab that you wish to filter, then tap the filter icon at the right-corner to select one of the following filter options:
- All conversations: This option will show all your messages
- Unread: This option will show all your unread messages
- Unread @mentions: This option will show all your unread messages that have included you in an @mention
- Draft: This option will show all your draft/unsent messages
- Failed: This option will show all your messages that have failed to send
