Am I an SMB or Enterprise customer?
===================================

Small and Medium Business (SMB) and Enterprise customers are differentiated by the RingCentral plans and the DigitalLines. SMB customers have **1 to 99 Digital Lines** , while Enterprise customers can have more than **100 Digital Lines** in their company.

SMB and Enterprise customers have different account setup experience. SMB customers will be routed to the RingCentral app immediately after account activation. Here, they can set up their company profile, call routing, and user profile directly in the app. Additional modifications, such as purchasing additional licenses and upgrading plans, can be done in the RingCentral Admin portal. Enterprise customers, on the other hand, will complete their account and user profile setup in the portal.

Both SMB and Enterprise customers can enjoy and take advantage of the RingCentral app. This one, powerful app allows them to use message, video, and phone services for their company. Inclusive features will then depend on the plan they choose.
