In the RingCentral desktop and mobile app, you can get quick tips and step-by-step guides, watch how-to videos, and ask for help from our AI-powered chatbot. You can also explore new features, view app information, and report issues.

While using the RingCentral desktop and web app, you can get in-context help right in the
Message
,
Video
,
Phone
,
or
Webinar
tabs, or you can explore more help and features by clicking the
Help
tab.

Using in-context help in the RingCentral desktop and web app

To get help while using the
Message
,
Video
,
Phone
,
or
Webinar
tabs, click the question mark icon at the top right.

Select a tab from the left navigation in the app, then click the Help icon at the top right.

panel will pop up on the right.

  • Click the
    Report an issue
    icon (a) to report technical issues.
  • Click the
    X
    icon (b) to close the
    Help
    panel.
  • Click any link under
    Popular in
    (c) to visit the troubleshooting article.
  • Click
    Enter a topic or question
    (d) to search for more articles.
  • Click
    Need more help?
    (e) to visit the RingCentral Help center.
  • Click the blue
    conversation bubble
    icon in the bottom right corner (f) to ask the AI-powered chatbot for support.

Using the Help center in the RingCentral desktop and web app

Click the
Help
icon in the navigation bar to visit the RingCentral Help center. You’ll see an orange alert bubble on the
Help
icon if there is a new feature or content.

Click the Help icon in the left navigation in the RingCentral app.

The Help center is organized into tabs (a):

  • Help
    : View top help topics and browse articles. Enter a topic or question in the search bar to search our support site.
  • How-to videos
    : Watch how-to videos and learn about features in the RingCentral app. Click one of the topics to find specific videos:

    Note: Available videos depend on your language and region.

  • Explore
    : Choose a feature or topic to see the related how-to videos and help articles, access RingCentral University training, or explore all RingCentral features.
  • What’s new
    : See highlights of new RingCentral features, read release notes, and stay up to date with the latest improvements and bug fixes for the RingCentral desktop and web app.

icon in the bottom right corner (d) to ask the AI-powered chatbot for support.
