Using the Resource Center in the RingCentral mobile app

The Resource Center is a single location for users to:
- Take a quick tour of how to get started.
- Access quick tips and step-by-step guides.
- Access app information and submit feedback.
- Watch how-to-videos.
- Discover recommended and new features.
- Browse all RingCentral mobile app features.
- Share feature ideas and report issues.
- Access app information such as app version, terms of service, software license, and more.
Accessing the Resource Center
To access the Resource center, tap your profile photo at the top left to access your profile settings. Scroll down to see the Resource Center. You will find the different Resource Center tabs, including Get started, Suggested for you, What’s new, Feature library, Help, Feedback, and About.
Resource Center tabs
- Get started: Watch how-to videos and explore the most popular features on the RingCentral mobile app. Note that some videos may be unavailable depending on your language and region.
- Suggested for you: Learn about the mobile app’s recommended and beta features.
- What’s new: Read release notes and stay up to date with the latest features, improvements, and bug fixes for the RingCentral mobile app.
- Feature library: Browse all RingCentral app features and read related documentation.
- Help: Chat with support and access help articles.
- Chat with Support: Tap to chat with the AI-powered chatbots.
- Help articles: Access help articles by tapping one of the available topics.
- Siri & CarPlay command guide (iOS only): Access a list of commands to send messages or start audio calls using Siri.
- Feedback: Share your feedback on the RingCentral app.
- Report issue: Report an issue that you encountered while using the RingCentral mobile app.
- Share ideas: Suggest feature ideas via the RingCentral App Feedback and Ideas site.
- Rate this app: Rate the RingCentral app via the Google Play Store or the App Store.
- About: View the version of the app and read legal documentation pertaining to the app.
