Deleting a park location in the HUD feature of the RingCentral desktop and web app

When an admin adds you to a park location group and you add that group to your Presence, the group will be added to your Heads-up display (HUD) in the RingCentral app. 
 
You can remove a park location group from your HUD at any time.

Deleting a park location from your HUD

Using the new Phone menu

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Phone.
  2. Click the HUD tab.
  3. Under Park locations, hover over the extension you want to delete, then click the Remove icon at the far right.

  1. In the popup window, click Remove to confirm.

Using the old Phone menu

  1. In the left navigation bar, click Phone.
  2. In the left pane, under HUD, click Park locations.
  3. Hover over the park location you want to delete, then click the Remove icon at the far right.

  1. In the popup window, click Remove to confirm when prompted.
