Flipping a call in the RingCentral app

Last updated on December 23, 2022
Call flip lets you move a live call to another one of your phone numbers, such as your home phone, deskphone, or mobile phone. When you flip a call, the call will be placed on hold until the flip is complete. Call flip is useful when you need to continue a call on a different number.

Note: Flipping a call is different from switching a call or transferring a call
