Setting up your RingCentral app desktop and web to receive queue calls

If a user is part of a call pickup group, they can set the RingCentral app to receive calls from a call queue.

Setting up your RingCentral app to receive queue calls

  1. Click on your profile picture in the upper-left corner.
  2. Set your status to Available
  3. Enable Accept queue calls.
