Switching between call audio sources in the RingCentral app

The RingCentral app allows you to switch your speaker and microphone audio sources at any time within the app, even while on a live call.
  1. Select the Audio button.
  2. Click on the Microphone source menu.
  3. Select the microphone source you’d like to use.
  4. Click on the Speaker source menu.
  5. Select the speaker source you’d like to use.
  6. Click anywhere outside the dialpad to close the Audio dropdown menu.
Once you’ve switched your audio source (for either microphone or speaker), the change will be automatic, allowing you to use the new audio sources in your call.
