You can transfer calls to another person, extension, or phone number. There are three types of transfers:

* **Warm transfer**: Speak to the recipient before completing the transfer. Also known as a consultative transfer.
* **Cold transfer**: Transfer the call without speaking to the call recipient first.
* **Transfer to voicemail**: Send the call directly to the recipient's voicemail.
