Avoiding or resolving issues when connecting to contacts settings

You may encounter error messages when connecting Microsoft 365 or Google contacts on the RingCentral app. The error messages may be caused by a third party and may happen during synchronization.

To avoid or resolve these errors:
  • Visit the Google directory in your browser or Outlook contacts using the same connected account that you used to sign up with RingCentral to check if the syncing works.
  • Contact your company's Google or Microsoft account admin if the connected account has permission to use Google Calendar or Microsoft Graph API.
