Editing your profile in the RingCentral app

You can edit your
RingCentral
profile anytime.

When you edit your profile, your changes will apply across the
RingCentral
app on your desktop or web browser, the
RingCentral
mobile app, and the
Admin Portal
.

Note:
The profile information you can edit depends on permissions set by your company admin.

Where do you want to edit your profile?

You can set or change your profile picture in the RingCentral app on your desktop or web browser. Depending on permissions set by your company admin, you can also edit profile information such as your name, title, department, location, and web page.

Editing your profile picture

  1. Click your profile picture at the top left.

  2. Click
    View profile
    under your name to open your profile.

  3. Hover over your profile picture, then click the pencil icon that appears at the bottom of the circle.

  4. Select an image from your computer to upload.

  5. Use the
    Zoom
    slider to adjust your image.

  6. Click
    Done
    .

Editing your profile information

Note:
Depending on permissions set by your company admin, this option may not be available.

  1. Click your profile picture at the top left.

  2. Click
    View profile
    under your name to open your profile.

  3. Click the
    Edit
    (pencil) icon at the top right of the profile window.

  4. Make any necessary changes to your profile.

    1. Type into the fields to edit your
      First name
      ,
      Last name
      ,
      Title
      ,
      Department
      ,
      Location
      , or
      Webpage.

    2. To change your profile picture, click the pencil icon at the bottom of it.

      1. Select an image from your computer to upload.

      2. Use the
        Zoom
        slider to adjust your image, then click
        Done
        .

  5. Click
    Save
    .
