RingCentral Video network requirements
======================================

The use of RingCentral Video entails specific network requirements and guidelines.

* For network requirements specific to video, you'll need to apply the enterprise firewall setting, as indicated in [Network requirements](https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Network-requirements.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US ""). See especially:
  * Table 5.1
  * When you use the RingEX™ app along with RingCentral Video, you must also apply the settings from Table 4.1.

* You'll need to apply RingCentral's [Quality of Service guidelines](https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Quality-of-Service-Guidelines.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US ""), including the settings for firewalls, routers, layer 3 switches, and WiFi access points.
* You must perform the [RingCentral bandwidth and network capacity assessment](https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Bandwidth-and-network-capacity-assessment.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US "") when upgrading using RingCentral Video.
* Make sure your [system meets all the requirements for RingCentral Video](https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/RingCentral-Video-system-requirements.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US "").
