RingCentral Video network and system requirements

RingCentral Video makes starting, scheduling, and joining online meetings easy. However, in order to use RingCentral Video, you must meet specific system requirements.

Windows desktop and tablet

Note: A user can have a maximum of 9 video sessions at 360p or a maximum of 16 video sessions at 180p on the screen at one time. This means individual 360p video stream bandwidth x9 and 180p x16.
