Turning off a participant's video in a <var class="keyword">

The host or moderator can turn off the video of attendees during a meeting. In addition, hosts can decide whether to allow participants to have the ability to turn on/off their video cameras.

Select where you want to turn off a participant's video.

## Desktop & web

Turning off the video of all participants in the desktop \& web app
-------------------------------------------------------------------

  *  
  In a meeting, click **Participants** via the bottom menu bar.

  *  
  Click the **More** icon at upper right.

  Select **Turn off all videos.** Note: Participants can choose to allow the moderator to turn their video on or off. The moderator can also click **Request to turn on all videos** to turn on all participants' videos.

  You can allow the participants to turn on their videos again by enabling **Allow participants to turn on their videos.**

  Click **Continue.**

Turning off the video of individual attendees in the desktop \& web app
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

  *  
  Navigate to **Participants**via the bottom menu bar.

  *  
  Click on the camera icon at the right of the attendee's name.

  *  
  Click on the camera icon to turn off their camera or request to turn it on.

## Mobile

Turning off the video of all participants in the mobile app
-----------------------------------------------------------

  *  
  Tap **Participants** via the bottom menu bar.

  *  
  Tap the three-dot icon at top right.

  *  
  Select and tap one of the following options:

  *Disable video - allow enabling*: All participants' videos are disabled but they can enable themselves.

  *  
  *Disable video - block enabling* :All participants' videos are disabled and participants cannot enable themselves.

  *  
  *Enable video for all* : All participants will be notified to allow moderator to turn on camera. They will have an option to tap **Don't Allow** or **Allow**.

Turning off the video of individual attendees in the mobile app
---------------------------------------------------------------

To turn on/off the camera of individual attendees during a meeting, tap **Participants**via the bottom menu bar, and then tap the camera icon to the right of the attendee's name.
