* [Start](https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Starting-RingCentral-Video-meetings-instantly.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US "") or [join](https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Joining-a-RingCentral-Video-meeting.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US "") a meeting.
* Click **Invite** in the bottom menu bar.
  * If you're the only person in the meeting, you can also click **Add coworkers** (a).
  * You can also click **Participants** in the bottom menu bar, then click Invite at the top right.

* In the popup window, invite participants in one of the following ways:
  * Enter a coworker's name or email address, or select their name from the suggested contacts list (A). Click **Invite** (B), and all selected contacts will receive a video call to join the meeting. If a contact is listed as Busy, they'll receive a message instead of a video call.
  * Click the **Copy meeting link** icon (C) to copy the invite link.
  * Click the **Share** icon (D) to share the invite link through connected apps on your computer.

* Tap **Invite coworkers** .
  * You can also use the **Share** button (a) to share the invite link through connected apps on your mobile device.
  * You can also tap **Participants** (b) at the top of the screen, then tap **Invite coworkers**.

* Enter a name or email address, or select coworkers from the list.
* Tap **Invite** at the top right, and all selected contacts will receive a video call to join the meeting. If a contact is listed as Busy, they'll receive a message instead of a video call.
