Managing your billing cycle in the RingCentral Billing Portal

The RingCentral Billing Portal lets admins view and manage payments and services tied to their RingCentral account.

Changing billing cycles is available for users with a monthly subscription billing cycle. To switch from an Annual Subscription to a Monthly Subscription, reach out to your account manager.

Note: Changing billing cycles is not available for contracted customers.

Changing your billing cycle
---------------------------

* Sign in to the [Billing Portal](https://billing-portal.ringcentral.com/goto/overview%C2%A0 "").
* Click **Account overview**.
* At the top right corner of the **Billing cycle details** card, click the pencil **Edit** icon.

* In the**Edit billing cycle information** window, select the plan you want.
* Scroll down and click **Billing plan change charges.** The confirmation screen will show a summary of the charges, adjustments, taxes, and fees.

* Check the box to authorize the changes, then click **Accept** to go back to the billing cycle information screen.

* Click **Apply** to complete the transaction.

Changing the billing day of the month on recurring subscriptions
----------------------------------------------------------------

RingCentral's subscription billing date is based on the date of your initial subscription. It repeats on or around the same date monthly for monthly plans, or annually for annual plans. To change your billing date, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and then re-subscribe on your preferred billing date.

Note: You may experience an interruption in service if you choose to cancel and re-subscribe.
