=======================================================================================================

Voice channels allow customers to contact your business by making calls to a <var class="keyword">
<div style="display: inline;">
RingCX
</div></var> phone number. When adding a voice channel, you can select from the available phone numbers in your account. You'll first configure the channel's general settings, and then [assign a destination](https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Adding-and-managing-digital-channels-in-RingCX.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingCX&language=en_US ""). The destination tells the system where to send incoming interactions to that number, like to a specific queue or workflow.
