Turning on the Heads-up display (HUD) and managing extensions in the RingCentral app

The Heads-up display (HUD) organizes your most frequently used extensions into a single, convenient view. You can quickly identify if a user is available, in a meeting, or offline. If they've set a custom status message, it'll also be displayed. If your admin has added you to any groups, they'll also appear in your HUD.
