Enforced Single Sign-On (SSO)
With this feature, Administrators with SSO enabled accounts are allowed to choose as per their policy for users' access to log in using SSO only. To enable this feature, follow the steps below:
To Set SSO settings via User Extension:
- Log in to RingCentral online account as admin.
- From the dropdown menu on top right corner of the screen, Choose Admin Portal.
- Navigate to Users > Templates > User Settings > User Details
- Look for Settings and Permissions tab.
- Click the Single Sign-on > Enforce SSO checkbox.
To Set SSO Settings via Template:
- Log in to RingCentral online account as admin.
- From the dropdown menu on top right corner of the screen, Choose Admin Portal.
- Navigate to Users > Templates > User Settings > Add User Settings Template button > Inbound > User Details
- Look for Settings and Permissions tab.
- Click the Single Sign-on > Enforce SSO checkbox.
