For administrators who do not wish to pay via credit or debit card, RingCentral now offers the option to pay directly from a bank account. This feature is currently available in France and Germany only.
Setting up direct debit when activating your account
When activating your account, you will be prompted to enter your payment information with your billing summary.
1. Click Enter payment information.
2. Select Direct Debit.
3. Read and accept the terms.
4. Enter your billing information.
5. Click Next.
Setting up direct debit from your RingCentral Admin portal
You can change your payment method to direct debit through the Admin portal.
1. Navigate to your RingCentral Admin portal.
2. Select the Billing tab on the top.
3. Select Payment method from the left side navigation.
4. Click Edit on the right corner.
5. Select Direct Debit.
6. Read and accept the terms.
7. Enter your billing address and payment information.
8. Click Save.
Setting up direct debit for an invoice account
For accounts that are set up for invoicing, you still have the option to use direct debit.
1. Navigate to your RingCentral Admin portal.
2. Select the Billing tab on the top.
3. Select Payment method from the left side navigation.
4. Click Add Alternative Payment Method at the right corner.
5. Select Direct Debit.
6. Enter your payment information.
7. Click Save.
8. Direct debit is now set up as an alternative payment method, and therefore is not active. Call your billing support to switch your main payment method to direct debit.
