Congratulations on purchasing the Poly OBi301 ATA. Your device has already been configured and comes ready to use. To customize your settings and options, log in to your RingCentral account on the web.

Additional items you will need:

  • Touch-tone phone
  • Active internet connection
  • Access to the internet via an Ethernet port on your router or modem
  • Note: You can use the OBi302 as a router by connecting the OBi302 device directly to your broadband modem

Connecting your Poly OBi302 ATA device

Now that you’ve confirmed everything that is included in your device package, let’s get your phone connected and ready to use. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Connect your phone to the green PHONE port using the phone's original telephone line cable.
  2. Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the blue INTERNET port and the other end to an Ethernet port on your router, broadband modem, or PoE switch.
  3. Connect the power adapter.
