White-screen errors when the RingCentral app launches

This article explains how to fix white-screen errors when the RingCentral app launches.
When you open the RingCentral desktop app, you see only a blank white screen. You may also experience one or more of the following problems:
The app doesn’t load or close correctly
The app crashes
The dialpad is grayed out or missing
The screen is pixelated
You see only a blue, spinning circle
Fix the white-screen error
These problems are caused by cached, or stored, data that has been corrupted. To fix these issues, you need to clear the cache in your RingCentral app.
Open the RingCentral desktop app.
To open the Development menu:
On Windows, press Ctrl + Shift + D
On Mac, press Command + Shift + D
The menu in the top left will change to show Development as a dropdown. dropdown.
Go to Development > Toggle DevTools.
At the top of the DevTools window, click >> for additional options, then select Application.
In the top left menu, go to Application > Storage.
In the third panel from the top, click Clear site data. Note: You can tick the checkbox next to Including third-party cookies before clicking the button to free up more space.
