These system requirements apply to hosts, cohosts, and panelists.

Windows and Mac desktop

  • RingCentral desktop app, v.23.1.30 and higher. Download here.
  • Google Chrome 
  • Microsoft Edge
Note: Users without the latest version of the app can use desktop and mobile browsers to schedule, start, and join webinars.
  • To schedule and host webinars on a desktop, users can access the RingCentral app at https//app.ringcentral.com using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. 
  • To join a webinar as a panelist, users can use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
  • To attend webinars, users can join using any desktop or mobile browser.

Mobile devices

  • RingCentral mobile app, v.23.1.30 and higher. Download here.
  • Any modern, up-to-date mobile browser

RingCentral Webinar on Rooms

Make sure your RingCentral Rooms for Windows or Poly have been updated to v.23.1.30 or higher. Learn more about about RingCentral Rooms System Requirements.
  • • Windows 10 or higher (SAC version 1909 and above; LTSC version 1809 and above)
  • • Intel® 8-Core™  i7-10700T Processor
  • • 16GB (2x8GB) 2933 MHz DDR4 memory
  • • iPad 2017 or newer
  • • iOS 14 or higher
  • • At least 700 MB of storage
  • • Android 6 or higher
  • • RingCentral account with admin access
  • • RingCentral Rooms license(s).
  • • Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workspace account
