Enabling RingCentral Video on Firefox

Open Firefox.
Go to RingCentral Video (v.ringcentral.com).
1. For Windows users:
  1. 1. Click Open application menu.
  2. 2. Select More tools > Web Developer Tools.
2. For Mac users:
  1. 1. Click Tool.
  2. 2. Select Browser Tools > Web Developer Tools.

Click More tools

Select Console.

Click Console

Copy “localStorage.allowUnsupportedBrowsers=true” and paste it in the Console tab.

Paste code on console tab

Press Enter. Make sure that the entry for “localStorage” ends with “true.”
Refresh the page.
Allow RingCentral Video to use your camera and microphone.

Click Allow
