Admin users can interact with an AI-powered chatbot using the RingCentral mobile app, which can recommend help articles related to their questions or connect them to live agents if necessary.
Accessing the chat support
1. Access Resources. Tap the main menu (Android)/your profile picture (iOS) at the top left, and then tap Resource center.
