Managing company phone numbers and information
in the RingCentral mobile app | RingCentral app
Admins can set a name for your company, phone number, address, and direct extension numbers for easy identification within each account.
1. Depending on which device you’re on:
a. For Android devices, tap your profile menu at the top left.
b. For iOS devices, tap your profile photo at the top left.
2. Tap Admin tools.
3. Tap Phone system > Company Numbers and Info.
4. Fill in the required fields as desired. You can search for another company phone number via the search bar if you wish to edit your company number.
You can modify the following by scrolling through the bottom part of the screen: Add Company Fax Number, Add Number, or Use my Existing Number.
