Enable or disable users to record calls at any time by pressing *9 on a phone dialpad.
Enable or disable a prompt once users start or stop recording.
Note: Certain state and federal call recording laws apply to the use of call recording features. Admins can configure call recording using the RingCentral mobile or desktop app.
Configuring call recording
1. Depending on which device you’re on:
a. For Android devices, tap your profile menu at the top left.
b. For iOS devices, tap your profile photo at the top left.
2. Tap Admin tools.
3. Tap Phone system > Auto-receptionist > Call recording.
