Creating a free RingCentral app account on mobile

Even if you don’t have a RingCentral Office subscription, you can still sign up with the RingCentral app for free in the mobile app. With a free RingCentral app account, you can invite your co-workers and other people to sign up and use the app for messaging and team collaboration.
Creating a free RingCentral app account
You can create a free RingCentral app account in the mobile app by using your email address.
1. In the Sign In page, tap Create one for free at the bottom
2. Confirm your age. You must be 16 or older to sign up
3. Enter your email address and tap Create
4. Confirm your email address by tapping Confirm in the modal window. Tap Cancel if you want to correct or change your email address
5. Navigate to your email inbox and open the activation email. Click Activate account to be directed back to the RingCental mobile app
6. In the Set up your free account page, enter your First name, Last name, and Company name (optional)
7. Enter your password. The password requirements are indicated beneath the Enter password field. Each requirement turns green whenever you meet it. The password requirements include the following:
- 8-32 characters
- At least 1 number and 1 letter
- At least 1 uppercase letter or special character
8. Confirm your password
9. Check the box to accept the Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, and Acceptable Use Policy
10. Tap Done
Please note that to create a free account, you can only use an email address that has not been used to sign up with a RingCentral Office account or RingCentral app account.
