Engage Digital | Google My Business channel connection settings

Google My Business lets you add a business profile to Google’s search engine and Google Maps. Among other things, the profile adds a button that customers can use to contact your company. Customers can ask questions, and your agents can send a reply via Engage Digital. Configuring this channel in Engage Digital requires admin access with the Customer Service role in your company’s Google account.
  • Locations to synchronize: The locations of the branches of your company whose details will be synchronized to Engage Digital.
  • Refresh token: An authentication key that allows Engage Digital to automatically request a new access token when the previous one expires. Paste the refresh token from the Google admin page into this field.
  • Get your Refresh token: Click the Connect with Google button to sign in to the Google admin page and generate a refresh token.
