You can use the audit log reports to help determine who is taking what actions on the platform. Follow these steps to view the system audit log:

To add notifications, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Settings > Audit log via the left-hand navigation bar.
2. Refine the result by filtering according to agent, team, or event type. You can also use the date picker to narrow down your search results. 
3. Click on a specific log entry to see more details about the activity.

Audit log configuration options

When you’re viewing the audit log, you’ll have access to a variety of configuration options, which you can use to filter the log entries on the Audit log configuration page. Let’s review the configuration options available when viewing the audit log:
  • Select an event type: Filters log entries based on a specified event type
  • Select a team: Filters log entries based on a specified team 
  • Select an agent: Filters log entries based on a specified agent
  • Begin date: Filters log entries by those starting on or after this date
  • End date: Filters log entries by those ending on or before this date
