1. Open the Engage Voice app by selecting the phone icon in the bottom left-hand corner of your window
3. If this is your first time logging in, you will be prompted to log in to your RingCentral Office account on a separate window. See
Log In to Your RingCentral Account for instructions
4. Select your Inbound queues
5. Select your Skill profile (optional). Please note that this option will appear when your admin has configured and enabled your skill profile
6. Select your Voice connection. You can select from the following options:
a. Integrated softphone: Allows you to make or take calls right within the widget. If using this option for the first time, you will be prompted to allow microphone access. Click Accept on the pop-up window to allow
b. RingCentral Office phone: Allows you to use the RingCentral Office phone as your Voice connection. Sign in into your RingCentral Phone app to be able to make or take calls
c. Use external phone: Allows you to use an external phone as your Voice connection. If you select this option, enter your phone number in the Your phone number field
7. Click the Continue button
