Network requirements | Engage Digital

This document lists the domain names and IP addresses that customers need to whitelist in their network settings to ensure that RingCentral Engage Digital operates properly. 
 
Table 1 lists the domain names and IP addresses that may need to be whitelisted at your enterprise site, as determined by your company’s security policies.
 
Note:
  • Domain names and IP addresses need to be whitelisted according to your network’s security policies, and only for features that you use. For example, if you don't use Salesforce integration, you don’t need to whitelist the IP addresses for that feature.
  • The EU production servers are divided into sets called shards
  • xxx indicates the enterprise customer’s name.
  • Collaborative browsing or co-browsing is an optional troubleshooting feature that allows agents to view their customers’ monitors and control their computer mice and keyboards.
  • Salesforce integration is an optional feature that allows clients to access Engage Digital from within Salesforce.
  • The real-time messaging service supports agent availability management, tasks, and chat.

1. Whitelisting of domains and IP addresses

Table 1 lists the domain names and IP addresses that may need to be whitelisted at your enterprise site, as determined by your company’s security policies. Please note:
  • Domain names and IP addresses only need to be whitelisted according to your network's security policies, and only for features that you use. For example, if you don't use Salesforce integration, you don't need to whitelist the IP addresses for that feature.
