Enabling entry and exit tones in RingCentral Video on

Enabling tones before a meeting
- Navigate to Settings via the left-hand navigation bar.
- Click the Video tab in the left pane.
- Select the Edit button at the far right of Video meeting settings.
- Click General.
- Toggle on Entry & exit tones to enable entry and exit tones.
- Click either On entry and exit or On entry only.
Other entry and exit tone settings include:
- For new participants only: Enable entry tone when new participants join the meeting.
- Suppress tones after 10 participants: Automatically stop entry tones after 10 participants have joined the meeting.
Enabling tones during a meeting
- During a meeting, click on the More icon at bottom right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Select General then toggle Entry & exit tones.
