for desktop and web

Joining a webinar using the Video menu

Attendees and panelists can join a RingCentral Webinar:
In the RingCentral app, under the
Video
menu.
By clicking the invitation link sent by the host via email.
By entering the webinar ID in the RingCentral app from their computer, mobile device, or RingCentral Rooms.
Panelists and hosts can join a webinar early for a practice session in the RingCentral app either under the
Video
or
Webinar
menu.
You can join a webinar using any of the following devices:
RingCentral app desktop and web
RingCentral mobile app
Joining a webinar using the Video menu
Open the RingCentral app on your desktop or web browser.
Select
Video
from the left navigation bar.
On the
Meetings
page, join the webinar by either
hovering over the scheduled webinar and clicking
Join
at far right
OR
clicking
Join
at the top of the page and entering the Meeting ID or meeting link.
