Assigning Glip Pro+ licenses to users | RingCentral app
If you are an admin and you have a paid Glip Pro+ account, you will also need to assign each individual user on your company account a Glip Pro+ license when
you upgrade your Glip Pro free company account to Glip Pro+ or
a new user is added to the Glip Pro+ company account.
When a new user is added to the RingCentral app, they will start with a free Glip Pro account. Once they’ve signed up on Glip, you will need to assign that user a Glip Pro+ license.
Note: You must be a Super Admin on your company’s Glip account in order to assign Glip Pro+ licenses.
Assign Glip Pro+ licenses to users
1. In the RingCentral app, click on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner.
2. Select Manage account from the dropdown menu to open the RingCentral Admin Portal.
3. Select Users from the top menu bar.
4. Check the box next to each user to which you’d like to assign the Glip Pro+ license.
OR
Check the box in the table header to select all users.
5. Click Assign licenses above the table.
6. Select the Glip Pro+ license from the dropdown menu.
7. Click Assign to finish assigning the license to the desired users.
