Whenever you start a new conversation, that conversation will appear in your conversation list in the left pane. These conversations are separated into two sections: Direct messages and Teams.
The Direct messages section includes both one-on-one messages with another user as well as group conversations with two or more users. The Teams section, on the other hand, only includes active teams that you’ve joined.
Despite having two sections to help organize your conversations, you may find your conversation list getting fairly cluttered, especially if you have a lot of active conversations. There are a couple ways that you can further organize your conversations in the conversation list.
