Every RingCentral app user has a profile that can be edited by the user and viewed by others at any time.
When you edit your profile, your updated profile information is synchronized across the RingCentral desktop and mobile apps and your online account. If you are an SMB user, you will still have the same profile and steps just like any Enterprise user.
Editing your user profile
1. Select your profile picture at the top right.
2. Click the View profile text under your name to open your profile.
3. Select the Edit pencil icon at the top right of the window.
4. Make any necessary changes to your profile.
5. Click Save.
User profile settings
You can make changes to the following fields:
First name: Your first name
Last name: Your last name
Title: Your job title
Department: The department you belong to in your company
Location: Your work location
Webpage: Provide the URL of your webpage in this field
Choosing a profile picture
To change or set your profile picture, follow these steps:
1. Select your profile picture at the top right.
2. Click the View profile text under your name to open your profile.
3. Select the Edit pencil icon at the top right of the window.
