RingCentral Video Overview
RingCentral Video is a video meetings solution that lets you start, schedule, or join meetings from anywhere and on any device including browser, desktop, and mobile.
You can start and manage your meetings in the RingCentral app in the Video menu option via the left-hand navigation bar. From there, you can
- start, schedule, and join meetings.
- manage your meetings.
- view meeting recordings.
RingCentral Video features
When you’re using RingCentral Video, you’ll have access to the following tools and features:
- Joining a meeting from your desktop, web browser, or mobile device at any time
- Scheduling meetings for yourself or others from the RingCentral app or your Google or Outlook calendar using RingCentral calendar add-ins
- Switching between desktop and mobile devices during a live meeting
- Switching from a phone call to a meeting to sharing your screen with a click of a button
- Starting and sharing meeting recordings
- Chat with other participants publicly or privately
- Using Virtual Background to liven your meetings with the background of your choosing
- Enabling Closed Captions for when you’re having troubling listening to the meeting
- Protecting your meeting with security settings such as password enabled meetings, waiting rooms, and more
