Once you have recorded a RingCentral Meetings session, you can open the file location, play the audio and video, or delete the recordings at any time. If you would like to learn more, visit Retrieving and downloading RingCentral Meetings local recordings in the RingCentral app desktop.
Playing RingCentral Meetings session recordings
1. Navigate to Video via the left-hand navigation bar.
2. In the left pane, click Local recordings under Recordings.
3. Hover over the recording that you want to play, and then:
a. Click Play audio only at the far right to only play the audio of the recording.
OR
b. Click Play video at the far right to play the video recording.
Deleting RingCentral Meetings session recordings
1. Navigate to Video via the left-hand navigation bar.
2. In the left pane, click Local recordings under Recordings.
3. Hover over the recording that you want to delete, and then click Delete recording at the far right.
4. Click Delete to confirm.
