With RingCentral Meetings, you can record your meetings and access them whenever you need to from your computer or via the cloud. If you choose to save your recordings on your local desktop, you can access them via the RingCentral app desktop.
Retrieve a recorded RingCentral Meetings session via the RingCentral app
1. Navigate to Video via the left-hand navigation bar.
2. Click on the Local recordings tab from the left pane.
3. Click the Refresh list button next to Local recordings at the top left.
4. Hover over your recording, then click Open folder with recording at the far right. This will open the file location of the recording.
