The RingCentral Video network connection shows the network connection details including packet loss and jitter for sharing, video, and audio for upstream and downstream media streams. This also shows latency, which is measured for both upstream and downstream, and is the same value for both.

Clicking Diagnose issues redirects to the RingCentral Network Test service where you can diagnose network conditions.

If you want to see your connection status, hover over the signal icon via the bottom menu bar. In the popup window, you can see the recommended ranges.
 
The network indicators are:
  • Green: Good connection.
  • Orange: Weak connection.
  • Red: Poor connection.
