Joining RingCentral Video meeting audio on mobile
| RingCentral app

As discussed in Joining a meeting in the RingCentral mobile app, you can easily join a meeting in the mobile app. When joining a meeting, you can have the auto connect audio option enabled to automatically connect to the internet audio when joining a meeting. To know more, visit Enabling RingCentral Video meeting auto connect audio.

However, if you choose to disable the auto connect audio option, there are several ways you can join audio when connecting to a RingCentral Video meeting using an iOS or Android device.

Joining options

When auto connect audio is not enabled in the RingCentral Video meeting settings, you can join meeting audio using the following options:
  • Use internet audio: Automatically connect to the meeting using your mobile data or WiFi connection
  • Dial in: Dial in using your cell phone's native calling app. After dialing in, return to the RingCentral app to view the meeting
  • Call me: Call the specified phone number
  • Continue without audio: Do not connect to the meeting audio on your mobile phone. You may opt to dial in to the meeting using a deskphone

4. On the Dial in using cell phone? modal window, tap Dial
