Starting a meeting in the RingCentral mobile app

When you start a meeting, you are designated the host.
As the meeting host, you can:
- have extended controls, including managing meeting settings and participants,
- start and stop the meeting recording,
- assign other hosts for the meeting,
- end the meeting for all, and more.

1. Navigate to Video via the bottom menu bar, and then tap Start.
2. Choose how to invite participants:
• Invite contacts via video call: Invite contacts by entering their name in the To field, and then tap Add (iOs devices) or Next (Android devices).
• Share link via other apps: Invite contacts by copying the meeting URL or by directly sending the link via other apps installed on your phone.
• Participants: Tap Participants via the bottom menu bar, then click Invite people to access the following options: Invite by phone, Invite via video call, Invite via email, Invite via other apps, and Copy meeting URL.
Note: If your audio is not yet connected to the meeting, you might be prompted to choose how to join the meeting audio. For more information, visit Joining RingCentral Video audio on mobile.
