Agent scripting elements: Dropdown Multi-Select

Use this element to create a text field with a dropdown menu from which agents can select multiple options at a time (as opposed to just one, like in Dropdown Select). Agents will be able to click into the text field and select a set of options from a dropdown menu, or, if they know which option they want, they can type that into the text field to immediately pull up the desired option.
