Taking notes as a RingCX agent

Agent notes help you quickly capture details from a call or digital interaction, track the interaction's history, and document the outcome.

* For inbound interactions, a detailed note lets you quickly understand the issue and pick up where the previous agent left off.
* For outbound interactions, notes provide the necessary background for effective follow-ups, callbacks, and lead nurturing.

Note  
To use agent notes, this feature must be turned on by your admin. In some cases, you may be required to add a note before submitting a disposition.
