's recommended system requirement specifications for the
RingCX
platform below. The recommendations include guidelines for both admins and agents.
## Desktop
System requirements for
RingCX

* Supported operating systems
* Windows 10 or higher
* macOS 11 (Big Sur) or higher
* Chromebook, ChromeOS v102 or later
* Recommended hardware
* Intel 8th gen i3, i5, i7 processor or later
* AMD Excavator-class (2015) processor or later
* At least 8 GB of RAM
* Screen resolution
* 1024 x 768 pixels (1280 x 768 and above recommended)
* Minimum bandwidth requirements (required if sending a video meeting invite)
* **Meetings with two participants**: 1 Mbps download/upload
* **Meetings with more than two participants**: 1.5 Mbps download/upload
* **Meetings with more than two participants that include the Virtual background feature**: 2 Mbps download/upload
* **Audio-only meetings (cameras turned off)**: 512 Kbps download/upload
For optimal performance, we recommend a quad-core processor or higher.

RingCX
platform, download and install the latest version of the browsers below. The app supports the following browsers within two versions of the current version for Admins and Agents.
