Windows failed to upgrade from 23.3.20 to later versions
If you already have 23.3.20 upgraded but you failed to upgrade to later versions by clicking upgrade from Controller or from admin portal, please do as follows:
1. Go to our download site and download the latest build.
2. Install from scratch and overwrite previous build.
