Joining a RingCentral Video meeting via One Touch Dial

You can quickly join RingCentral Video meetings by enabling One Touch Dial (OTD). To learn more about enabling OTD, visit Setting up One Touch Dial.
Joining a meeting via OTD
You can join a meeting by tapping Join on your device.
Joining a meeting via SIP-dial
If OTD is not enabled, you will need to SIP-dial using the following format:
- If the meeting has a password:
- [meetingID].[Dial-in password]@sip.rcv.com
- if the meeting does not have a password:
- [meetingID]@sip.rcv.com
You will find SIP join information in the invite:
- Using RingCentral Scheduler
- Using RingCentral app or v.ringcentral.com
Note: The ability to dial @sip.rcv.com and enter into a waiting room is coming soon.
